Description
A new page in the history of the community was written in Măneciu with the unveiling of the bust of Queen Marie, one of the most beloved figures of Romanian history. The monument, placed next to the "Regina Maria" Secondary School, is a gesture of gratitude towards the queen who embodied courage, devotion and love of country.
The bust is the work of sculptor George Dumitru.
