The Mountain Trails of Ciucaș

The mountain area around the Cheia resort — part of the Ciucaș Natura 2000 protected site — gives access to many marked trails, among them Cheia – Valea Berii – Ciucaș Peak and the routes between Ciucaș Peak and Șaua Tigăilor. The landscape, the biodiversity and the geological formations are defining elements of the local natural heritage.
