Cheia Monastery
Description
Cheia Monastery, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, is an important religious and cultural monument of the Cheia resort. The present church was built between 1835 and 1839 and painted by Gheorghe Tattarescu; the monastic ensemble is part of the historic identity of the resort.
